Sunanda Sage​

​

Sunanda is a songstress, medicine woman & light worker who has discovered her mission here on this planet is to share the healing power of energy & vibrations to all.  She specializes in ceremonial sound alchemy by sharing healing medicine through mantras, medicine music & sound healing.  Along with this she is a certified USUI Reiki Master, initiated High Priestess, oracle reader, 200hr yoga teacher, follower of the Earth Medicine path, and creator of The Devi Healing Experience who is blessed to share healings and music all over the world.

Sunanda grew up in New England around alternative medicine practices being raised in a  naturopathic household, and was always taught to be open minded to the concept of spiritual practices. Then in 2011 everything changed when she found yoga! This discovery led her down a transformational path that ultimately changed her life.  She immediately felt a strong pull to dive deeper into learning all she could about yoga which led her to being introduced to Bhakti Yoga and the harmonium during her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2017.  This discovery allowed her to connect with her voice through mantras, and catapulted her into doing deep healing work.  It was during this time that she began to move past fear and started singing in front of people where she had consistent confirmation that she needed to share mantras and conscious music to the collective. In 2018 she took her spiritual practice further upon taking initiation from one of her spiritual teachers Sripad Bhakti Vedanta Siddhanti Maharaj.  She then lived on an ashram for months in 2020, and traveled to India a few times to deepen this knowledge.

Throughout this journey deeper within her self, she discovered plant medicine, and sat many times with different plant spirits.  Out of all her learnings, she feels that her greatest teachings came from the wisdom of these spirits.  She decided to dedicate herself more fully to the Earth Medicine path, while still keeping her connection to her Bhakti Yoga lineage as well.  Finding a sweet balance and connection between the two.  The deep understanding they share of the power of energy and vibration, that these words are sacred and call forth powerful energies, consciousness, and spirit guides when being chanted or sung.

 

The more she learned the more her whole life transformed.  The Earth Medicine path brought her back to her teachings as a child of the power of herbs, and she chose to dive into learning more about how to heal the body naturally; both the physical and energetic body.  She dove into learning about divine feminine energy and ancient womb wisdom as a way to live more in balance with nature.  Her studies and experiences inspired her to blend sacred music, mindfulness, herbal wellness, and energy work as a therapeutic way to heal and elevate our consciousness.  This led to the creation of her healing practice Sunflowers & Sage Wellness!

Sunanda loves being able to share the knowledge and experience she has acquired, and is always looking to learn more so she can help guide others to discover and tap into their own healing power.  She is currently learning more about Human Design, having discovered she is a 4/6 Emotional Manifestor, diving deeper into the divine feminine & womb wisdom to learn how to live more in balance with nature, learning more about Astrology, and continuing to educate herself on herbs and plant medicine.
