REIKI ENERGY HEALING
Enjoy a 60 minute Reiki Energy Healing either in-person or virtually through Zoom to balance or release trapped or stagnant energies within the body.

Reiki translates to spiritually guided life force energy, and is a beautiful ancient Japanese method of working with spiritual energy, intention, and intuition. This concept is similar to other terms and concepts you might have heard such as chi, prana,and spirit. This powerful healing modality of Reiki is different than your basic energy work because a practitioner must be attuned to certain sacred symbols by a Reiki Master. All of life in energy and vibrations so someone who isn't attuned to Reiki can do energy work, but they can not do Reiki.

As I said, Reiki means spiritually guided life force energy. What this means is that, as a Master, I use a process where I focus on opening the receiver's energy system to the flow of divine energy using loving intention, as well as my hands, to concentrate the divine energy for the purpose of healing. Since Reiki is spiritually guided, myself as the Master is more of a vessel or channel for this healing energy. Spirit already knows what areas of the body needs healing and what spaces are blocked. I use my loving intention to open these energy passageways, scan the body using my hands for spots I notice more blockages than another, and allow the spirit to move through me and send healing energy into the receiver. Since this healing work is spiritually guided Reiki can actually even be done over a distance! You can have anyone (a friend, family member, yourself, etc,) have a healing session through Zoom if unable to have an in-person session!

This healing can be done from a distance because Reiki Practitioners are attuned to different sacred symbols, and one of the symbols we receive as a Master is the Distance Symbol. Since everything in life is based in energy I am able to activate this symbol and sync up with the receivers energy field, even if they are not present seeing as energy is all around us. I usually ask for a full body photo of the person receiving the healing to feel fully connected with them. I use my loving intention to open these energetic passageways, and allow Spirit to move through me and send healing energy into the receiver. Therefore you can have anyone (a friend, family member, yourself, someone in a hospital, etc,) have a healing session through Zoom if unable to have an in-person session
Is Reiki Safe?
WHAT IF I'M TAKING MEDICATION OR PREGNANT?
Yes! Reiki Energy healing does not have any negative side effects and does not interfere with any medication you may be on. If you are pregnant, Reiki Energy has been known to help with discomfort and help heal any emotional blockages or fear around parenthood or delivery. Reiki is a gentle and safe healing practice that is geared towards removing any energy blocks in our system caused by emotional, mental or physical stress and pain. It can be used to help balance your chakra energies, cleanse and balance your aura, help with pain management after surgery, bring a sense of peace and calm, and much more. Many reputable hospitals are now even bringing Reiki in for patients pre & post surgery.
What Does Reiki Feel Like?
Some people say that Reiki Healing feels like your soul is being massaged while on the outside you're bathing in light. Everyone will have a different experience, but it is in trusting your higher consciousness that you're able to clear the mind, open your heart and connect deeply to be truly open to receive.
What Happens in a Session?
A Reiki Healing session always begins with a brief conversation to check in for anything you might want to share, and to ask your reason and intention behind looking to receive healing. After that we open the healing with a short guided meditation to help you relax and be fully open to receive healing. At that point in time I move into the Reiki healing! An in-person session would include aromatherapy as part of the healing session, and a distance Reiki would just exclude aromatherapy.
Can Anyone Receive Reiki?
Yes! Reiki is a safe healing modality for everyone and anyone. It can be done on children, and even on animals!
